What happened if your immediate boss at work does not know his stuff well and you need to teach him the fundaments?

No matter how you personally feel about it, I guess you'd have to show how cos he's the Boss! LOL.

Oh Yes! That can be incredibly frustrating.

You should show the boss support and assist them. If after time the situation does not improve then your duty to your employer would be to raise the issue with the appropriate person. At all times you should act professionally and with compassion towards your boss. One thing you have to watch out for is that your boss may have been given different objectives than you imagine and they are actually do their job very well - it's just not the job you thought they should be doing (it happens!).

I second the motion! argh! not sure how they got the position in the 1st place! bummer! Anyway, dropping by here via EC drop. COme by say hello sometimes :)
