This is hilarious! For us, it's true as well in the sense that my wife needs loads of time. To better mzximise the schedule, I wake up at the same time as her and perform all those 'admin tasks' while she gets ready... :)

I don't spend a lot of time getting ready but I can relate to the comic. On sundays I can get myself and two kids ready before my husband manages to get out of bed.
